It’s time for part one of our 2018-2019 St. Louis Blues Retrospective. After missing the playoffs in the 2017-2018 season, the Blues went into the offseason looking to redesign and rebuild. Doug Armstrong promised changes and he made changes! We look back at the offseason that brought us David Perron, Tyler Bozak, Chad Johnson, Pat Maroon and Ryan O’Reilly. We look back to when we discussed these changes with Donny Fandango. It was a great offseason but would the team have time to gel before the season starts.
